Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details will be added to your order and sent by email when available.
Can several products be shipped together?
Where possible, multiple items going to the same address may be packed into one parcel.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we can work with our fulfilment partner on a replacement or refund.
