Moro Pet Co. currently ships to Canada and the United States.
Order processing
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when available.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
Current estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: approximately 5–7 working days
- United States: approximately 6–9 working days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, remote delivery locations, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, you will receive the tracking details by email so you can follow your order.
Multiple-item orders
Where possible, items ordered together will be shipped together.
In some cases, products may arrive separately depending on product availability and shipping arrangements.
Duties and import charges
Our current shipping arrangements are DDP — Delivered Duty Paid.
This means applicable shipping costs, import duties and taxes associated with delivery are included in the shipping arrangements.
Customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes when their order arrives.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
